Britain’s Got Talent 2020 is back on our screens after production was paused due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The show stopped after the auditions were aired in May, with bosses trying to figure out how to get back as safely as possible.
The semi-finals start tonight, but in order to comply with government guidelines, not everything is the same.
For starters, there will be no audience in the studio, with some acts performing remotely, and others in the studio.
The semi-finals are also pre-recorded to make it easier to obey the government’s social distancing rules.
But some people might be confused about why presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly aren’t social distancing from each other.

The dynamic duo explained exactly why they won’t be social distancing during the show.
The reason is that they are getting tested for Covid-19 every four days to allow them to work together.
Speaking to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on This Morning, they slipped off their protective face coverings.
Dec explained why they didn’t need to wear the masks when they were together: “We’re in a cohort”.

Ant added: “We’re working on BGT and other things so we get tested every four or five days or so.
“We form a cohort with our households. We have to be careful of where we go and who we see. Nothing new there!”
Dec joked: “We’re like premiership footballers… that’s where the similarity ends.
“We get tested down the throat and up the nose.”
Ant also added: “We can sit next to each other and stroke each other.”
The Britain’s Got Talent 2020 semi-finals start tonight, September 5 at 8pm on ITV.
