Peter Andre has admitted he’s suffering from “sleepless nights” as his wife Emily continues to work on the NHS frontline.
The Mysterious Girl hitmaker has opened up about doctor Emily treating patients during the coronavirus outbreak, confessing he’s worried about her safety along with the safety of their brood.
He discussed the difficulty and uncertainty of living with someone on the frontline, and compared the pandemic to a war.
Speaking to The Sun Online, he confessed that he’s panic-stricken over Emily’s health as well as his parents, who are in a “high-risk group”, in Australia.

“Five out of seven of her family work in the NHS right now. I am so worried about the whole family – I worry about Emily’s mum and dad because they work right in the midst of this,” he said.
“I worry about my mum and dad because they’re in their late 80s and in Australia, in the high risk group. It’s really scary.
“It’s like a world war but without the violence of the war – it’s a war without the guns.”
The dad-of-four added: “Of course I’ve had sleepless nights, of course I worry about Emily, I worry about the kids.

He went onto explained that the 30-year-old is more worried about his wellbeing because of his age, but he explained that is main concern is her health as well as their young children.
“She says to me that her biggest worry is me getting it because I’m 47. I’m not concerned about that, I am concerned about her a lot and that follows through to the kids.
“She’s thinking about me and my contact with the children and passing anything onto me and I am thinking about her.”

Peter went onto reveal Emily is currently sleeping in a separate room in order to combat spreading the life-threatening virus.
And she also changes her clothes and immediately showers when she arrives home from work as an extra precaution.
