Ariana Grande splashes £23m on two lavish California mansions

Ariana Grande has reportedly added two more houses to her property portfolio after dropping some serious dosh on her new purchases.

The One More Time hitmaker has been spending time in lockdown by snagging sprawling abodes in California.

She spent a cool $13.7 million (£10,897,665) for a new Hollywood Hills home that comprises a stunning infinity pool, which boasts stunning viewers across the city of Los Angeles.

After spending years in a rented property in the glam Beverly Hills area, the musician has now decided to make a house her own, and has picked the celebrity neighbourhood known as Bird Streets, as the place for her abode.

The four bedrooms and seven bathrooms property is decked out in bang-on-trend furnishings – and features an open plan kitchen and living space.

Meanwhile, the master bedroom is spread across the entire top floor and features an impressive en-suite with dual sinks, and toilet along with two rainfall shower heads.

Now classing Leonardo Di Caprio as her neighbour, the musician’s L-shaped pool is the focal point of her garden along with outdoor patio space ideal for al fresco dining.

However, Ariana didn’t stop there with her property purchases, and snapped up the historic Porter House in Montecito, California for $6.76million (£5,377,309).

Bought off TV host Ellen DeGeneres and actor Portia de Rossi, the English Tudor-style home is over 300-years old, and was reportedly plucked from the English countryside and rebuilt in California.

According to the estate agent, the two separate barns were initially built in Surrey and remained there until the 1980s until they were shipped to be constructed side-by-side in the States.

Ellen and her actress wife bought the place in January for £2.7 million and have renovated the property before selling to the Ariana months later for a healthy profit.

In keeping with its British roots, the house featured lofted wood-beam ceilings and several cosy fireplaces, plus views across the large, luscious garden.
