Ashley James helped her Insta followers to enjoy themselves over the weekend, sharing her tips for happiness and confidence during lockdown times.
The 33-year-old star, who rose to fame on E4’s Made In Chelsea, shared a TikTok video from her bedroom, which showed her trying on a range of outfits.
In time with My Heart Went Oops by Tiagz, Ashley posed in her gym wear for the first few seconds of the clip.
Ramping things up, she added some sultry evening makeup, before slipping into some black lace lingerie.
Complete with stockings and suspenders, the Celebrity Big Brother star oozed sophistication in the racy undies set.

As a final step in the video, she pulled on a figure-hugging black silk dress, patterned with red and green flowers.
Ashley revealed the glamorous makeover session had some logic behind it – she was determined to boost her mood.
Discussing the “Science of Happiness”, the reality star explained she followed the advice of Happiness Expert Steph Peltier and made an effort to improve her confidence.

She said: “I got out of my sweaty sports kit and crusty underwear, got dressed as if it was a normal day in the real world. And I feel good. Might even FaceTime some friends.
“I definitely feel more confident, and will go on my daily walk with a bit more of a strut in my step knowing I’ve got my sexy pants on, haha.
“Wearing nice lingerie can definitely make me feel instantly sexier and more confident, even when no one else sees it.”

Taking to the comment section below, Ashley’s 275,000 followers shared words of thanks, inspired to make more of an effort for themselves during self-isolation.
One gushed: “You’re such an inspiration, I love you!”

Adding some extra words of wisdom, Ashley added: “We have the ability to teach ourselves to be 40% happier just through practising mindfulness, meditation, and gratitude.”
