Good Morning Britain returned to our screens this morning with Susanna Reid, who was joined once again by former BBC Breakfast Bill Turnbull, who is standing in for Piers Morgan, who is still on holiday.
Legendary broadcaster Bill joined Susanna for the second time today and it already seems he is making an impression with co-stars and viewers alike.
Bill wasted no time in making a brutal dig at outspoken Piers on the ITV breakfast show this morning.
The hosts celebrates pancake day today and showed viewers specially made pancakes of their faces.
Bill explained: “They have made representations of us out of pancakes.”
GMB viewers were treated to clips of the pancake artist creating Bill and Susanna’s faces out of batter.
He continued: “It’s taken 10 years off me, which is even better.”
Susanna, 47, wasn’t as happy with her pancake and added; “Look what they’ve done with me, talk about vinegar in your pancake.
“They have made me look about as sour as you could possibly look.”

But things took an hilarious turn as Bill came up with a reason why there wasn’t a pancake with Piers’ face on.
The presenter said: “They were going to do one for Piers but they couldn’t find a pan big enough for his head.”
Bill’s comment left Susanna and Charlotte stunned.
Susanna said: “Ooo.. day two and we’re already Piers bashing.”

Bill continued: Well he’s not around this week, i.es he? Good Morning Piers, loving your work.”
Susanna interrupted to remind Bill that Piers is always watching.
This wasn’t the only swipe at the Good Morning Britain presenter, later in the programme Bill made a point of proving the show has run on time since Piers has been away.
When the show came back on air from an advert break, a cheeky Bill said: “If I’ve done one thing on this programme, it is to get it back running on time. Good Morning Britain it’s just gone seven o’clock.”
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV at 6am
