Casualty viewers gobsmacked as Dylan spots Lev cheating on Faith in huge twist

Casualty viewers were left aghast at the end of tonight’s jaw-dropping episode as Lev cheated on Faith, and Dylan saw.

The couple had received devastating news that the only treatment option left for their son Luka was palliative care.

Faith was left in denial while Lev became angry.

She gave him an extended lunch break, which Lev used to meet the man he’s been talking to on his gay dating app – codename Xandsome.

Later in the episode, the man Lev was seeing in secret showed up at Holby City hospital.

Lev turned him away, but then ran back to him and the pair shared a passionate kiss.
