Reality star Charlotte Dawson has penned a heartbreaking message to her late father Les Dawson just days after announcing she’s pregnant.
The Celebs Go Dating babe has recently revealed that she is set to become a mother for the first time.
Charlotte, 27, is expecting a baby with rugby league player Matt Sarsfield, 28.
The unborn child is due around the time of what would have been Charlotte’s famous father’s 90th birthday.
Comedian Les Dawson died when Charlotte was just eight months old.
Make-up artist Charlotte has written a touching message to her father about her excitement at becoming a mum while wishing she could share the exciting news with him.
The former Ex on the Beach star posted the heartbreaking words on her official Instagram account alongside a snap of herself cuddling a cardboard cutout of her legendary dad.
“Wish I could tell you your going to be a grandad,” an emotion Charlotte penned.
“I really hope baba comes out my chuffin womb on your birthday too. I really feel like you sent our little gift so lucky I have you as a cardboard cut out.”
Unsurprisingly, Charlotte’s sweet post about her dad received plenty of support from her 889,000 followers.
One fan penned: “Aw he’d be a brilliant grandad, imagine the laughs and joy.”
Another added: “He 10000% knows Char. He sent you this little baby. He knew it was the right time and what the whole family needs right now.”
A third said: “I can see you having a baby boy and you calling hmm after your dad.”

While a fourth posted: “Your dad knows he’s going to be a grandad he’s watching over you ever day and he would be so proud.”
In 2016, Charlotte brought the cardboard cutout of her dad on the set of the ITV daytime show This Morning.
She said she would make sure Les will be there when she marries her dream man by taking the cutout of him to the church.
Charlotte said on the show: “Hopefully he’ll be there. He’ll be down the aisle waiting for me.”

In 2017, she had a massive picture of her dad inked on the nape of her neck on the MTV show Just Tattoo of Us.
Les was at a routine hospital appointment in Manchester and awaiting the results when he suffered a major heart attack and died.
Charlotte’s mum Tracy then raised her alone.
The family often visit his memorial, a bronze statue erected 15 years after his passing, in Lytham St Anne’s.
They also hold a vigil on Christmas Day and munch their festive lunch in the family home, close to his ashes in the garden.
Thoughtful Tracy put a video clip showing Les welcoming newborn Charlotte home into safe-keeping for when her daughter grew up.
