Coleen Rooney blasts 'serial leaker' Rebekah Vardy in explosive court documents

Coleen Rooney has blasted “serial leaker” Rebekah Vardy in explosive court documents.

The 34-year-old wag, who is married to footballer Wayne Rooney, has accused Rebekah, 38, who is the wife of Jamie Vardy, of being a “serial leaker” in the paperwork ahead of their court case following last year’s Wagatha Christie scandal.

The ladies are set to appear in the High Court to battle over the claims, with Rooney claiming she “doesn’t know who to trust” after she accused Vardy of leaking stories about her.

In the papers which were filed today, Rooney accuses that Vardy has a “habitual practice of providing private information”.

In the court documents, it reads: “The unauthorised disclosure of private material from the Defendant’s Private Instagram Account was deeply distressing to the Defendant.

“The Defendant was left not knowing who to trust.”

The court case has been brought to light by Vardy after she filed a libel action against Rooney.

It appears the highly anticipated trial will go ahead as the document contained 55 pages.

It comes after The Sun reported this week that Rooney could abandon ship after it was claimed she now “wants to make a last-minute exit” for her £1million court battle against Vardy who has vowed to clear her name.

A source has claimed the mum-of-four has now been encouraged to resolve the ongoing dispute behind closed doors, rather than in full view of the public.

Speaking about the upcoming dispute, a source told The Sun: “Things have gone much further than many had expected.”

They continued: “Coleen is a rather shy and private person, so the idea of having personal matters relating to her and Wayne raked over in court is something that fills her with dread.”

However, Vardy has vowed to ‘clear her name’ during the Wagatha Christie court case.

Vardy said on Good Morning Britain: “We tried to sort things out amicably but it didn’t work. I understand people think it’s ridiculous but what was I meant to do?

“I need to clear my name, I want to clear my name.

“I will do whatever it takes, and I hope it’s going to be resolved soon.”
