On top of her TV presenting gigs, Countryfile star Helen Skelton is juggling a swish home renovation, spending her days transforming her idyllic rural property.
Today was dedicated to painting the walls, as the 37-year-old lugged tubs of paint around the house for a day of hard work.
Surrounded by rolling green hills, Helen lives in Yorkshire with her husband, Richie, and their two young sons.
Taking a well-deserved break this afternoon, Helen snapped a selfie for her fans, revealing the day’s productivity had left her feeling a little “sweaty”.
With paint splattered on her hands, the BBC star looked sensational as she pouted into the camera, showing off her tan in a plunging black tee.

Her blonde locks were loosely pulled back off her face, as Helen opted for zero makeup, letting her natural beauty shine through.
In her caption, she said: “Sweaty painter… just like that we got to the fun bits of the house.”
The sultry snap comes after Helen revealed her future on Countryfile is uncertain, as the BBC has yet to invite her back to film.
First joining the show in 2014, the mum-of-two has become a beloved presenter over the years, working alongside the likes of Matt Baker and Adam Henson.
Running since 1988, weekly show Countryfile sees a range of presenters dive into reports on rural, agricultural, and environmental issues up and down the country.
Speaking to The Express about her potential return to production, she said: “No, they’re on every week, 52 weeks a year.

“I don’t know [when I’ll return], I’m freelance so it’s as and when they ask.”
However, Helen has been busy in the meantime working on This Week On The Farm, which sees her explore Cannon Hall Farm in Yorkshire with her cohost Jules Hudson.
Plugging the extension of the hit series over social media, she swooned: “It’s been unbelievable because people have been enjoying it, that’s why they’ve extended it.
“I think we’re all sort of feeling a bit overwhelmed and a bit humbled.”
