Gavin & Stacey’s Ruth Jones is heading out on a one-woman UK tour.
The actress is embarking on seven-date jaunt this year to tie in with the launch of her new book.
Her publishers said: “Ruth will be touching on the difference between writing for the small screen and a novel; the art of creating unforgettable characters, her inspirations; the many theories on the fishing trip, and beyond.”
Gavin & Stacey, which stars Mat Horne and Rob Brydon, ran for three series between 2007 and 2010.
It was then revived last month for a special on Christmas Day.

Welsh star Ruth, 53, announced the dates following the popularity surge since Gavin and Stacey’s Christmas special.
A tour insider said: “The interest for tickets has gone through the roof.”
The award-winning TV writer, BAFTA-nominated actor and bestselling author, co-wrote the series with James Corden and co-starred opposite his Smithy as Nessa Jenkins.

The festive edition has been watched by more than 18 million — making it one of the biggest hits of the past decade.
It remains to be seen whether they will write any more episodes but Ruth recently teased fans saying they would have to wait and see.
The event – which also stops off in Manchester and Cardiff – kicks off at London’s Alexandra Palace Theatre on May 10.
She will also be appearing in Powys, Wales; Oswestry, Shropshire; the Wirral, Merseyside and Sevenoaks, Kent.
