Geordie Shore OG Holly Hagan has called on Twitter bosses to take decisive action to finally cut own on trolling.
The MTV beauty, who found fame alongside Charlotte Crosby and Gaz Beadle on the wild reality TV show, took to Twitter to ask her followers for ideas of how to stop online bullying once and for all.
Posting to her 1.6 million, Holly wrote: “I heard Twitter we’re going to be doing tweeting options where you can tweet something as a statement and have comments off so people can’t reply.
“Or only ask for comments from people you follow etc I think that’s a really good idea. You can then tweet without creating a debate.”
She added minutes later: “What steps are actually realistic that we can ask for to make social media safer?

“Passport/driving licence verification for each account is a must I think.
“If you don’t take this step there should be an option to block all unverified accounts from seeing you profile.”
After one follower replied say it is a shame Caroline Flack ‘had to die for this to happen’ Holly replied: “I’ve been trying to fight it for years but people don’t listen.”
Love Island host Caroline tragically took her own life on Saturday aged just 40 years old.
