Gordon Ramsay floored his Instagram fans when he shared a snap of his new lavish swimming pool at his sprawling £4.4million holiday home in Cornwall.
The Kitchen Nightmares star shared a snap, which saw him hold his young son Oscar, while standing in front of the vast swimming pool, which is estimated as costing up to £50,000.
Gordon’s renovation hasn’t gone down well with his neighbours after he received complaints following his decision to demolish his 1920’s clifftop home to make way for two new houses.
He originally purchased the property in 2015, and at that time, it was the second most expensive sale ever recorded in Cornwall.

The TV star then obtained planning permission by Cornwall Council to replace the 1920s property with a main house and a smaller second property, dubbed “The Garden House”.
The new house, located 100 yards from the beach, boasts two kitchens, a swimming pool, a wine cellar and four en-suite bathrooms.
Councillors gave the application the thumbs-up on the basis that other properties were not overlooked.

During lockdown, Gordon travelled to his Cornwall holiday home from his London property – a move that didn’t go down well with local residents.
The father-of-five was met by controversy as soon as he arrived in the rural area earlier this year, with locals taking to social media to vent.
One fumed: “Don’t you realise that by doing that you’ve possibly brought the virus with you and because Cornwall is not your main residence, if you and your family get sick you will place yet more strain on an already fragile infrastructure.”

Others criticised Gordon for cycling around the countryside, suggesting he was flouting lockdown restrictions.
As one local griped over social media: “Get yourself back in the house, what the f**k.”
Gordon travelled with his wife, Tanya, and their children, Megan, 22, Holly and Jack, 20, Matilda, 18, and Oscar, 15 months. They have since returned to their home in the capital.
