Tied in the middle to showcase her waist, Helen completed the look with a chunky pair of white trainers which she matched with a pair of white ankle socks.
With a 90s style black handbag over her shoulder, she looked down and away from the camera as she appeared to be wearing no make-up.

Taking to her caption, Helen revealed she was feeling hungover and went for a walk to cure her lockdown boredom.
She wrote: “Having a hangover in isolation is not fun. Not with little ones. Went for a walk today to get some air.
