Holly Willoughby is set to leave the showbiz agency which represents her alongside her This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield, it is claimed.
A source alleges the ITV presenter, 39, is quitting YMU Entertainment after 13 years and plans to set up her own management agency.
According to reports, it is believed the star will call the company Roxy Management and it will have women-only staff.
A source told The Sun on Sunday: “Lockdown has given her time to reflect and think about her future.
“In many ways, it has become the perfect opportunity to start afresh and it was just time for a change.

“She is really excited about managing herself and having more say over decisions on a day-to-day basis.”
The source claimed Holly “has always had such incredible business sense” and is “proud to be a working mum and career woman”.
With a busy family life, the source alleged Holly is hoping to improve her “work-life balance” in starting the agency.
Holly’s representatives declined to comment on her alleged departure from the company.

Earlier this month, it was claimed Phillip Schofield’s showbiz company is valued at an impressive £2.5 million.
Documents obtained by The Sun Online suggest the value of the 58-year-old television presenter’s company Fistral Productions soared by £807,413 in 2019.

Both Phillip and Holly have huge earning power thanks to brand endorsements and other deals outside their wages from This Morning.
Holly’s business was set up in 2008 and the TV personality described her firm as “television programme production activities”.
Both Holly and Phillip reportedly employed two members of staff at their firms last year.
The two are set to return to This Morning in September, with Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes holding down the fort until then.
