I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! bosses have reportedly held crisis meetings to ensure the hit Ant and Dec hosted show is able to go ahead this year, despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Bosses are said to have had multiple meetings to look at “a raft of measures” to keep their biggest show on the air.
One of the plans is said to employ a crew made up of 95% Australian workers.
The move would mean that any issues about flying staff over would be reduced – though the celebs in question and hosts would still need to make their way Down Under.
A source told The Sun: “This would mean a lot of the show’s UK crew missing out on their annual big gig but ITV are having to seriously consider every option.

“The changing nature of the crisis means that every situation is having to be assessed and planned for.
“It’s such a ratings hit, so they’ll do everything possible to make sure it goes on air.
“But the safety and welfare of their teams is the priority at all times.”
A rep for ITV said it was “too early” to discuss plans.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is one of ITV’s biggest shows every year.
Despite over a decade on air, the series regularly pulls in over 10 million viewers to the channel.
The only other ITV show to enjoy such ratings success is Britain’s Got Talent.

Simon Cowell’s hit series has already faced a set back after bosses were forced to halt plans for this year’s live shows.
While the auditions are currently on TV, it is not known when the live finals will be filmed due to social distancing measures which are in place across the UK.
