Jacqueline Jossa says she doesn't want to be alone after Dan admits cheating

Jacqueline Jossa has told her fans she “could be on her own if she wanted to” after husband Dan Osborne admitted to cheating on her.

The 27-year-old I’m A Celebrity champion also revealed that she’s “forgiving” during a candid question and answer session, which was titled “assumptions”, on her Instagram Stories today.

One of Jacqueline’s followers wrote: “You are scared to be on your own.”

The mother-of-two told the fan: “That couldn’t be further from the truth, I am quite a capable human being.

“If I wanted to be on my own, I could, very much so, but I don’t.”

Another of Jacqueline’s followers penned: “You’re very forgiving.”

Jacqueline responded: “Yeah I am forgiving.”

A later question saw her say “family is everything” after a follower suggested she’d do anything for Dan and their kids Mia and Ella.

She responded: “Yeah, of course, I don’t really know many people in my life who wouldn’t because family is everything, isn’t it? There’s nothing more important than family.”

It comes just a week after former TOWIE hunk Dan, 29, told The Sun that he’d “been an idiot” and his wife had forgiven him for his past mistakes.

The Celebrity Big Brother star confessed: “I’ve made mistakes. I’ve done things I shouldn’t have done.”

Dad-of-three Dan told the publication he informed Jacqueline about his indiscretions, adding that he “takes full responsibility for being c**p”.

Dan and former EastEnders star Jacqueline, who tied the knot back in 2017 after a two-year engagement, have two young daughters together – little Ella and Mia.

Owning up to straying in the past, Dan told the publication: “I’ve made mistakes, yeah. I’ve done things I shouldn’t have done. Me and Jac have spoken about that and she has forgiven me.

“I know in the past I’ve denied things when they’re not true, then when something has been true, I probably just kept my mouth shut. I was a different person.”

Regretting his actions, he added: “It seems a cliché to say, but I was a young lad and on TV and stuff. I’m not saying you get big headed, but you get dug out for things anyway and then you’re feeling s**t in yourself.

“And then you get a bit of attention… then things are bad at home, so you go out and get p****d instead of working on fixing things.”

During the lockdown, Jacqueline moved out of their marital home for some “time apart” only to return to Dan days later.

Dan confessed, if the shoe was on the other foot, he would have left Jacqueline and ended their marriage.

He added: “There have been times where if it were the other way round, I would have left.

“I would have gone, so I’ve said to her ‘I wouldn’t blame you if you left me’. I’ve said that to Jac.

“I’ve said if it was the other way around I’d be gone, it’s not like I’ve been brushing off any mistakes that I’ve made. I’m fully aware of them and I’m aware that it ain’t right.”
