Jesy Nelson has found herself at the receiving end of Katie Hopkins’ criticism again this week.
The Little Mix stunner, who previously spoke about how much Hopkins’ comments about her being the “chubber” in the group affected her, was put in the firing line once more.
Katie, 45, posted to her one million followers two sexy snaps of Jesy, 28, and wrote: “These desperate daily pics are showing that contrivance of a documentary to be darn insincere.
“Girls. Be better than this. Beauty is in strength, not weakness that needs validating daily.”
Jesy has yet to directly publicly reply to Katie, but she did thank her fans yesterday for all of their support.
Taking to her Instagram story, Jesy shared a message, which read: “Thank you for all your beautiful messages over the last two days, you literally are the most incredible fans, I love you all so much and if I could squeeze you I would.
“I miss you all.”
Jesy also seemed undeterred by Katie’s comments about the frequency of her picture posting, as she shared another gorgeous photo yesterday and wrote in the caption: “Here’s another one for you hun,” seemingly as an indirect dig at Hopkins.
Despite no longer being romantically involved, Jesy’s ex, Love Island star Chris Hughes, 27, hit back at Katie for her comments on his own Twitter page.
Replying to her post, Chris tweeted: “How about don’t be a b***h your whole life and let that person live. You tried it once years back, and it affected her mentally, just don’t be that a**e h**e. She has strength, she has beauty, and she has a heart that only you could dream of having.”
Jesy spoke about the “chubber” comment in her award-winning BBC documentary about trolling last year – Jesy Nelson: Odd One Out.
The show was met with huge praise and many viewers said it should be shown in schools to highlight the effects of online bullying.
