Kate Garraway ‘s I’m A Celeb campmate Roman Kemp was a surprise birthday guest at her son Billy’s 13th birthday bash and challenged the youngster to a Nerf gun war.
The Good Morning Britain host invited her pal to turn up in his wearing his red shorts and black T-shirt from the jungle with his actor dad Martin Kemp.
Roman grabbed a Nerf gun and challenged Billy and his older sister Darcey to a battle in the garden.
Footage recorded by Kate and shared by her on Insta shows Roman running around her garden with the kids.
She wrote with her post: “And what’s a #jungle camp without a surprise visit from an @imacelebrity star?! Cue @romankemp surprise arrival – who do you think is loving the #nerf war the most??!!!.

Roman also led the singing in a chorus of Happy Birthday while trying to light the candles on Billy’s jumbo-sized Fortnite-themed cake.
Kate wrote in a caption of a pic of Billy’s treat: “And the icing on the @thecakestoreuk @fortnite cake!! …delivered from all at @global & @smoothradio – thank you all so so much.

She then gave a mention to her good pal Robert Rinder.
“Also @judgerinder for when I woke up this morning to find had NO WATER, not even a toilet flushing, instantly scrambled into plumbing action. Consider yourself seriously happy birthdayed Billy!!!” she added.

This year was the first birthday Billy celebrated without his dad Derek, who is still seriously ill in hospital after catching coronavirus earlier this year.
Derek’s condition quickly became critical back in March, and while his body is rid of the virus, Covid-19 has wreaked havoc on his internal organs.
Since Derek was admitted to hospital, Kate has been recording notes about the experience for his doctors to read.
