“This was taken exactly one year ago, Sam and I were dating at this point haha. I feel so much happier with myself now. Can you believe I never used to work out?”
Not wanting her hard-work to go unnoticed, she added: “Hopefully I can unleash this years summer body at some point (lol) because I’ve worked super hard since this point to get to where I am now.”
Doing some serious reflection during her down time, she revealed that it wasn’t just her weight that she was analysing and questioning.
