Love Island winner Paige Turley looks set to battle her ex Lewis Capaldi in the charts.
The aspiring singer, 22, teased that she’s set to release music of her own.
She told the Daily Star Sunday: “I have a lot of exciting projects in the pipeline and singing absolutely still remains a passion of mine…watch this space.
“It’s been a total whirlwind since Love Island. I haven’t really had any time to shop as I’ve been so manic with work, but I am loving every minute of it.”
The closest Paige has come to chart success was in 2012 when she made it to the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent.
She’s hoping her stint on Love Island will finally help her land a hit.

She said: “I’ve got nothing but good things to say about Lewis.
“We’re both very busy people, but I’m sure we’ll bump into each other at an event in the future and say, ‘Hi’.”
She said of Scotsman Lew, inset: “It’s good to be on good terms. I wish him all the best. He’s a very talented musician.”
Record labels look set to offer Paige a record deal within weeks. The lass, who was born in West Lothian, has built up a loyal fan base since winning Love Island alongside boyfriend Finn Tapp, below.
He drove six hours to be with her during the nationwide lockdown.
While many contestants from the show are bombarded with abuse online, Paige has been one of the lucky ones.

She said: “I’m so thankful for all of the support I’ve had from the public. It’s been amazing.
“I’ve been really fortunate that pretty much all of the comments I’ve received online are lovely messages of support.
“Of course there are trolls out there and anyone with an online presence is likely to experience some sort of negativity, but I think it’s important to focus on the good.”
She went on: “I was always myself while I was in the villa, so I would like to think that people have made their assumptions based on who I really am.”
Paige and Finn are currently holed up together at her flat in Glasgow during the Government-ordered measures to help beat the coronavirus pandemic.
