Love Island ‘s Maura Higgins was taking no prisoners when she took to her social media platform today to defend her former co-star and pal Molly-Mae Hague.
The 29-year-old didn’t hold back as she lunged into a rant, telling body shamers to “be f**king kind” while sticking up for her chum.
Unedited pictures of Molly-Mae surfaced yesterday, capturing the reality TV beauty in her bikini while she holidayed with her beau Tommy Fury.
Despite the blonde looking absolutely stunning as she relaxed in the sun with her man, haters couldn’t help but make vile comments about her appearance.

Taking on the trolls, Molly-Mae – who was clearly upset by the foul remarks – took to her own platform to shame those who felt the need to add distasteful feedback about her body.
She wrote: “I would genuinely love to know who writes these comments?
“Like how can you actually write s**t like that and sleep at night? Beyond me.”

Molly-Mae’s tweet seemed to resonate with her friends and fans, who took to the comments section to slam the spiteful online bullies.
Molly-Mae’s good friend Maura was absolutely disgusted to witness such nastiness, inspiring her to take to her own official account to blast the trolls.
Sharing her ITV pal’s original tweet, she responded: “Be f**king kind. How many times for we have to say this??” followed by an angry emoji.

Maura certainly hit the nail on the head and it seemed 52,000 of her followers also agreed, hitting the heart button to show their support in the fight to prevent online hatred.
The winner of the last summer edition of Love Island, Amber Gill, was equally outraged as she lunged into a rant beneath Molly Mae’s post.
She added: “They’re actually f**king weirdos man, like who in their right mind would even go to the comments section to say ANYTHING.
“You have a lush body and to be honest, I’d love to see what they look like.”
