Discussing her love of yoga in the caption, she wrote: “Hey possums, whose getting a stretch into today?
“So this is a toe stand practice (got to get those toes together). It’s a balancing squat pose for strengthening your calves, feet and ankles and works on balance, focus and calm.
“It was part of an Adriene YouTube session this morning and whilst in this position, she said ‘Stay dedicated to your breath. It’s your bread and butter baby’.”
Melanie has been keeping up with her exercise routine during lockdown and had urged others to stay active.
