Michelle Keegan sent fans into meltdown this week as she took to Instagram flaunting her noticeably rippling abs in skintight lycra.
The 33-year-old TV starlet, could be seen rocking a flimsy sports bra that certainly showcased her incredible results.
Taking the selfie, Mark Wright’s wife didn’t reframe from flashing the flesh as her toned torso took centre stage.
It was easy to see that Michelle had put in the hard work as she proudly paraded her body in skimpy gym attire.
But how has Michelle achieved her new abs in lockdown?

Michelle is known to be tight-lipped about her body secrets.
A source told The Sun: “Michelle has never been open about her body and what she does to achieve it as she thinks it’s negative, unhealthy and potentially harmful for fans.”
However, this week she revealed her husband Mark Wright has been putting her through her paces with his daily hardcore HIIT classes.

She told fans: “I’ve been doing the @trainwright workouts for weeks now, thank you @wrighty_ and @joshwright4444 for keeping me active and motivated during this time… Now for the 30 day plan! Let’s go!”
Other stars such as Tyson Fury, John Terry, Amanda Holden and Pixie Lott are also said to be big fans of the training and nutrition programme Mark launched with his brother in lockdown.
Michelle also reportedly makes sure she drinks a litre of water before breakfast and then dines on scrambled eggs and avocado.

She’s also apparently a fan of protein shakes, only eating white meat and avoiding fast food – except on weekends.
As well as Mark’s workouts, Manchester lass Michelle said back in 2017 that she used weight training instead of cardio to achieve her toned proportions.
Speaking to Women’s Health, Michelle said that she would lift “40kg weights in the gym” in a bid to maintain her curves.
Whatever she’s up to, she’s certainly looking good – that’s for sure.
