Paul Walker's daughter pays tear-jerking tribute to late dad on his birthday

Paul Walker’s daughter Meadow Rain Walker shared a heartbreaking birthday message for her father, marking what would have been the year he turned 47.

The 21-year-old model shared a photo of herself and her late father from her childhood, showing the film star with his arms wrapped around baby Meadow.

Pointing out the likeness between the father and daughter, she wrote: “The moment I realized we are twins. happy birthday to the most beautiful soul.”

Paul was just 40 when he died tragically in a car accident, leaving Meadow’s mother Rebecca Soteros to raise her alone from her teenage years onwards.

Vin is Meadow’s godfather, with the two families often coming together in the years since Paul’s death.

Paul was involved in a fatal car accident after leaving a charity event for his fund, Reach Out Worldwide, in California in 2013.

With Meadow just 15 years of age at the time of her father’s passing, Paul was in the passenger seat of the car when it crashed into a lamppost, the vehicle bursting into flames.

Following in her father’s footsteps, Meadow aims to use her platform for the greater good, this year marking her dad’s birthday with a “do good” campaign.

“My friendships are my foundation. they are my family. tell your friends you love them and acknowledge them for standing by your side no matter what. #DoGood #BeGood.”
