Peter Andre has taken to social media to reveal that he has endured years of racial slurs being thrown at him after his family jumped ship and moved to Australia.
The former I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! campmate decided to speak out after a row broke out on Good Morning Britain between Piers Morgan and a lawyer defending a Minnesota cop who was involved in the murder of George Floyd.
During the heated debate, Piers and Susanna Reid became enraged when US lawyer Earl Grey claimed there is “no race issue”.
Peter, 47, who is the son of two Greek parents, grew up in London until the age of six when his family made the decision to emigrate to the Gold Coast in Australia.

Taking to his Instagram page, Peter said: “@piersmorgan @susannareid100 you are right, right, right. Seeing this man smirk and smile made me so mad.
“Change is coming though. Now that people can finally film these atrocities, means that we are finally waking up and seeing what has been happening for years.”
The Mysterious Girl hitmaker continued: “Racism has been rife for hundreds and thousands of years against many cultures and races.

“What is infuriating though is when people almost disregard what is being protested and come back with ‘All Lives matter’.
“No one ever questioned that. But for all lives to matter means that BLACK LIVES MATTER. Oh, man.. very sad times.”
In a heartbreaking admission, he went on to share his own experience with racism adding: “Both my parents are Greek and we had racism thrown at us left right and centre for years.

“When you see or experience racism. When you see it happen to people over and over again. When you see what happened to George Floyd, you can’t just sit back and say nothing.
“It’s not right, it never has been. #endracism #blacklivesmatter.”

Yesterday, Piers was left furious when Gray stormed out of the interview on the breakfast programme.
He slammed his laptop down and claimed Piers was “talking bad” about his client.
