Former footie star Peter Crouch has told how his wife Abbey Clancy stopped him from getting a selfie with Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson.
Crouchy shared the tale about his meeting with the bombshell on his BBC show Peter Crouch: Save Our Summer tonight.
He told how he met Pam at an event she was hosting but Abby refused to let him have his photo taken with her despite him standing next to her.
He told co-presenter Maya Jama and guest Mo Gilligan: “I met Pamela Anderson once. At some event she was hosting.
“She was just there [gestures that she was standing right next to him] and I said to Abs, “You do realise I’ve got to have a picture with Pamela Anderson…”

“She was like, ‘No, you don’t’. I was like, ‘You don’t realise, the boys are gonna be like… I’ve got to send them a snap of me with Pamela Anderson….'”
“And she was like, ‘No, you don’t’. And that was that. That’s my story.” That’s showbiz!
He also revealed footballing legend Cristiano Ronaldo didn’t know who he was when he asked him for a picture while he was on holiday in Spain.

He said: “I saw Ronaldo in Ibiza. I thought, ‘he might know who I am. If he does that’ll make my life’. I was playing for Liverpool at the time.
“He didn’t have a clue who I was.”
Earlier this week Crouch said he would consider coming out of retirement to play for Millwall – if he got some free kebabs.

The ex-Spurs and Liverpool footballer is itching to get back on the pitch.
Crouchy, 39, was replying to a question from a fan called Jojo Neal on social media who said: “If we set you up in a flat above Joe’s Kebabs down Old Kent Road, would you play for Millwall?”
The striker replied: “Let’s weigh this one up. Accommodation? OK. Access to food? OK, I’ve been partial to a kebab.”
