Phillip Schofield told a Spin To Win caller they had won £250,000 by accident on Tuesday’s This Morning.
After Phil and his co-star Holly Willoughby had spun the wheel, the arrow landed on the prize of a holiday and £250.
The caller had one a holiday in the UK along with £250, but Phil accidentally said he had won “£250,000”.
Viewers flocked to Twitter, going into meltdown after hearing the staggering amount.
One said: “When @Schofe tells a poor fella ringing in for a competition on #ThisMorning that he’s won a #UK #Staycation and £250,000 only to then tell him he’d made a mistake and it was actually £250!”

While another wrote: “Phillips just told that guy he’s won £250,000” with four laughing emojis.
“Did Phil say £250,000???”, penned a third.
Phil quickly corrected his mistake, clarifying the actual amount the viewer had won was £250.
Earlier in the show, Holly was left in fits of giggles after Phil let slip a hilarious innuendo.
They were interviewing a lady who claimed it was possible to “find your inner unicorn”.

During the meditation session, Phil was seen stroking an imaginary unicorn.
Holly asked him about it he said he was stroking “a very large horn”.
The pair were left in fits of giggles as they attempted to continue hosting the ITV show.
