Ryan Giggs' ex-wife Stacey and The Wanted's Max George spotted on romantic break

Ryan Giggs ‘ ex-wife Stacey Cooke made the most of the sunshine this week on a family holiday, joined by her boyfriend Max George and her two children.

The 41-year-old, who divorced Welsh football coach Ryan in 2017, was photographed laughing and smiling on a beach in Marbella with The Wanted star by her side.

Following Boris Johnson’s decision to lift the 14-day quarantine period between Spain and England, the sweethearts decided to head on a family jaunt together to the popular Costa del Sol getaway.

Wearing a plunging black bikini, Stacey’s skin glowed with a golden tan, as she scooped her brunette locks in two French braids.

Protecting her face from the sun, she added a wicker visor and a pair of tinted aviator sunnies, her nails painted in a glamorous shade of glossy black polish.

Max, 31, kept things casual in a pair of board shorts, his toned muscles on full display as the lovebirds chilled out on a sun lounger.

Later, they headed for a dip in the sea, wading into the blue water of the Mediterranean (?), with Max helping Stacey into a giant inflatable.

Stacey’s two children, Zach, 13, and Liberty, 17, later donned some life jackets and joined them on a raft for some afternoon activities.

Messing about on the waves, at one point Stacey was playfully turfed out of the vessel, landing in the water with a splash.

Max formerly spoke out about his blossoming relationship with the mum-of-two, revealing the pair were introduced by mutual friends.

Speaking to Closer Magazine last year, he said: “I just thought, ‘Wow, she is beautiful’. We hit it off straightaway, we just really got each other.”

The musician, who was formerly engaged to Michelle Keegan, also added that the lovebirds are in their relationship for the long run.

He said: “I’ve always wanted to get married, and I love kids.

“I wouldn’t be with her if I didn’t see a future. I don’t want to jinx it, but I can really see myself ending up with Stace.

“But we’re just enjoying seeing how things go at the moment.”
