Saira Khan wows Loose Women fans as she flaunts weight loss in skintight lycra

Saira Khan is clearly keeping up with her fitness routine in lockdown as she took part in an early morning stretching session with her online followers.

The Loose Women panelist has been on a weight loss journey over the last couple of months, and has been documenting her change in shape with Instagram users.

Oozing body confidence, the 50-year-old laid herself bare as she showed off her sweaty complexion in a neon orange activewear set.

After taking part in a 6:30am stretching session, Saira discussed the workout on her Instagram story – and flaunted her youthful glow in the clip.

Happy with her weight loss transformation, the natural stunner proudly paraded her slimmer figure in a skintight bra, co-ordinated with a pair of lycra leggings.

Displaying her gym-honed physique, the beauty’s toned midriff took centre stage as she flashed a grin in the red-hot shot.

Saira has been undertaking weight training since the start of the year, and recently slipped on a pair of jeans that she previously struggled to get past her knee.

She posted a shot of her trying on the same pair of jeans two months earlier, which she found difficult to get on.

Saira captioned the snap: “Remember my Jeans that would not go past my knees, which made me determined to get into them by my 50th birthday!! Well I’m making progress, we’re up to the thighs!”

“We all need a focus to take our minds off things that worry and upset us and as I’m not going anywhere for the foreseeable future – these jeans are a great distraction.”

Saira has enlisted the help of well-known trainer Bradley Simmonds, who has trained the likes of Love Island’s Molly-Mae Hague, among others.

Making sure she’s staying on track during lockdown, the TV presenter has been signing up for Bradley’s at-home training sessions via Instagram.

She explained: “Bradley is not about banning any food – he’s about making mindful choices! Now all I need is energy, time and effort. .”
