Emmerdale actor Kelvin Fletcher is said to have bagged £100,000 for a starring role in 2020 pantomime Sleeping Beauty.
Kelvin will take on the role of Prince Charming alongside CBBC presenter Sam Nixon at Sheffield’s Lyceum.
The show will run from December 4 to January 3, 2021.
The booking comes just months after Kelvin lifted the Glitter Ball Trophy on Strictly Come Dancing.
The buff actor was a last minute addition to the show after Made In Chelsea star Jamie Laing was forced to pull out due to injury.

“What started out as a hobby at six years old – I was then able to do something like that every day on a professional platform on one of the country’s greatest shows. I have been extremely lucky.”
He added: “Looking back over 20 years it has been a rollercoaster and for me it’s give me passion to leave and continue.”
According to The Sun, while Kelvin’s £100,000 pay packet is undeniably large, it isn’t the most a star has bagged for a panto role.
