X Factor star Lucy Spraggan looks happier and healthier than ever as she went topless to flaunt her abs of steel and celebrate her sobriety.
The singer, 28, who rose to fame on ITV singing show and has gone through a dramatic weight loss journey, revealed that she has been sober for eight months.
Feeling proud of herself, Lucy shared the news by taking to her official Instagram account to share a topless snap with her 112,000 followers.
Clearly feeling herself after a shower, Lucy stood in front of a mirror to take a selfie with her orange bath towel wrapped around her waist.
The babe whipped her brunette locks up as she wrapped another orange towel around her head.

Going topless and just wearing the towel wrapped around her waist, Lucy cupped her breasts to hide her modesty.
Grinning from ear-to-ear, Lucy looked happier than ever as she took to the caption to reveal what had put her in such a good mood.
She wrote: “Woke up this morning 8 months sober as f**k.
“My favourite reward for this part of my life is the absolute pleasure of finding fitness and pushing my body to do things I never imagined I could do. (Well, things drinking me could never do).

“Today I ran 12.2km and on my way back up my road, I decided to start training for a marathon for when the world is back in action again. Because WHY THE F**K NOT!?”
Lucy continued by updating her fans on how she feels about being on lockdown as the coronavirus continues to spread around the globe.
She added: “Not having the choice to do whatever we want has made me reconsider everything… When I can I’m literally gonna climb mountains, I’m gonna do the things that scare the s**t out of me, I’m going to party way into the night on the beach with my friends…

“I’m gonna do it all so hard, I’m gonna do it whenever I can and, most importantly, I’m gonna do it all so sober.
“I just got out of the shower (Budweiser prohibition was my shower beer of choice), I’d love to say I don’t wear my towel like this all the time but I really do. T**s everywhere.
“Have a great evening.”
