Zara recently came up against critics who had signed up to her new fitness page, after she posed with a huge bowl of ice cream alongside her boyfriend Sam, 27, his sister Louise Thompson, and her fiancé Ryan Libbey.

Louise added: “I assure you you are wrong! We both eat healthy balanced diets and munch on treats when we fancy! Nothing wrong with a bit of ice cream in the sun.”
