Ashley Cain's partner Safiyya can’t stop thinking about 'beautiful' baby Azaylia

Ashley Cain’s heartbroken partner Safiyya Vorajee has said she thinks about their “beautiful” baby daughter Azaylia “all day and night”.

Azaylia passed away aged eight months old from acute myloid leukaemia last month, after doctors found new tumours on her brain and said treatment was no longer an option.

The grieving mum shared a sweet snap of her baby girl in a Minnie Mouse bouncer, along with the caption: “Your [sic] so beautiful I think about you all day and night.”

The tot, who passed away aged just eight months, looks delighted as she plays in her bouncer.

Safiyya is obviously having a difficult time coping with the tragic loss, and paid a heart-wrenching tribute to her daughter on Instagram in March.

“Morning time not seeing your beautiful smile hurts so deep inside, Azaylia [you’re] beautiful, so pure, I miss you so so much.

“Words fail to explain the heartache, I am so proud of you. Everyday I will carry you with me in my heart, I [know you’re] looking down on me, & all the lessons you’ve taught me I will keep that with me forever.

“Thank you for everything baby girl xxx.”

Mum Safiyya is finding it difficult to cope with the tragic loss

On Saturday, dad Ashley reached out to thank his 1.9million followers for their support over the incredibly tough period, admitted he is “broken and hurting” by the loss of their daughter.

The Ex on the Beach star wrote on his own account: “I wanted to take this time to give thanks for all of your love, care and support for Azaylia throughout her battle and still now for us as a family.

“I am broken and hurting more and more everyday right now.”

He continued: “But I made a promise to my daughter that I would keep her name alive by continuing to help other children, adults and their families during their own battles and I will honour that promise until I see her again.”

Azaylia was given just ‘days to live’ after doctors found additional tumours on her brain, and the heartbroken parents took her home, determined to make her final weeks as happy as possible.

Tributes, including a doorstep clap, were arranged in support of Azaylia, with Blackpool Tower and Niagara Falls lighting orange to raise awareness of childhood cancer.
