Danny Miller has been tipped to win I’m a Celebrity.. Get Me Out of Here! just hours before the live final.
The 30-year-old actor, who quit his role as Aaron Dingle in ITV soap Emmerdale before heading into Gwrych Castle, is bookies favourite to be crowned King of the Castle on Sunday night.
Bookmakers Ladbrokes have Danny at 5/6 to win the gruelling ITV reality shows, ahead of Coronation Street’s Simon Gregson at 2/1 and Loose Women’s Frankie Bridge at 9/2.
Jessica O’Reilly of Ladbrokes said: “Danny’s been backed steadily over the last few days and finds himself in pole position to be crowned winner.
However, it wouldn’t be a huge surprise to see Corrie fans out in their droves voting for Simon or the girl power vote coming through for Frankie.”
Danny, Simon and Frankie will find out their fate when Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly enter the castle this evening with the results.
It comes after the news that new dad Danny could rake in some serious cash in brand deals if he wins. with the aid of former Love Island pal Scott Thomas.
The brother of soap actors Ryan and Adam Thomas is currently managing Danny’s off-screen career.
Scott heads his own PR firm in Manchester and is friends with billionaire Umar Kamai, who leads the fashion brands Boohoo and Pretty Little Thing.
Danny won’t have to wait around once he leaves the castle, with a string of media interviews, endorsements and public appearances already on the cards for the camp mate with Scott’s support.
A source said: “The key when someone gets out of I’m a Celeb is to act fast and bag the best deals and quickly before the person fades from the public’s collective mind.”
“He’ll come out of camp to several big TV offers – he’s proved very popular. Scott is looking to work a number of angles for Danny, including speaking to the Kamani about getting Danny on the catwalk with Boohoo.”
Danny’s fan base continues to grow with his popular status on I’m A Celeb and Emmerdale fans rooting for the actor to win.
Weeks before he entered to the I’m A Celeb castle, Danny and his fiancé Steph welcomed their first child, a son called Albert.
I’m A Celebrity final airs on Sunday night on ITV at 9pm
