EastEnders star Louisa Lytton has provided fans with an update on her mothering duties as she took her newborn out of the house for the very first time.
The 32-year-old appeared to be making the most of the warm British weather while she enjoyed the day out with her little one.
Posting the update to Instagram stories to capture the cute moment, the actress penned: “First outing…Nonna’s house,” along with a photo of the baby’s pram.
The news comes after the Albert Square resident revealed that she had given birth in an emotional post, while posting an image of her hand entwined with her baby’s and fiancé’s Ben Bhanvra.
Louisa and Ben first got engaged in 2019, but due to the pandemic and the birth of their first child, they’ve been forced to postpone the prospects of tying the knot any time soon.
Discussing her postponed wedding with OK!, Louisa explained: “We’ve cancelled the wedding altogether now. We’re going to have the baby and focus on that and then get married once we’re ready.”
She added: “This last year has put everything into perspective and there are bigger things going on in the world.
“Now with the baby, it will be such a different day and it’s just amazing. I was at my mum and dad’s wedding so it’s nice that our baby will now be doing the same.”
Since breaking the news to her followers that she’s given birth, the mother-of-one has kept her fans updated on her parenting journey and informed them of any challenges she may be facing a long the way.
In addition to this, Louisa also also kept her supporters in the loop before she had given birth too.
Taking to Instagram in April the star expressed: “My midwife has advised I rest. Slow down. Something I find very difficult. We need to listen to our bodies.
In another post she wrote: “First trimester. I’ve never felt hunger like it.
“The only thing that would subside the sickness was salt and ketchup. I felt such guilt, how could I give this baby such a terrible start. I’m out the other side now, and I wish I just relaxed a bit more and didn’t cry into every portion of chips.”
