Emmerdale star James Moore celebrated his second anniversary with his girlfriend Sophie Edwards on Friday and he took to Instagram to tell his fans he couldn’t be happier with his relationship.
James, who plays Ryan Stocks in the soap, posted a selection of selfies with Sophie as he said: “Two years. I can’t believe it. We’ve had two amazing, happy, incredible years together.
“We’ve come so far from where we started. We live together, we have our own little fur baby, and we are stronger than ever.
“I’m so thankful for your support and encouragement and just pure, absolute love that you give me each and every day, and I can’t wait to make some new memories with you in the years to come.
“Happy anniversary, I love you.”
And James’ co-stars rushed to the comment section to send him well wishes.
Tracy Metcalfe actress Amy Walsh wrote: “Congratulations!”
Ash Palmisciano, who plays Matty Barton, gushed: “Huge congratulations both x.”
Meanwhile, another of his Instagram followers said: “Happy Anniversary.”
The actor’s first appearance on the soap was in 2018 when he was introduced as Charity Dingle’s (Emma Atkins) son.
Ryan has recently moved in with Mackenzie Boyd, who is new to the soap
After a gap of several months Ryan made a comeback to the soap in April.
Viewers were thrilled to beckon his return, though many were left wondering where Ryan had disappeared to for so long.
One Twitter user wrote: “Love how Emmerdale just brings back random individuals, like the viewers won’t notice, they haven’t been seen for such a long time eg Ryan.”
