Some of the sexiest red carpet looks of the year took place at the 2021 Emmy Awards, with fan-favourites including Kate Winslet, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Gillian Anderson dropping jaws at the awards show.

The Emmy Awards gives out gongs based on the best US prime time television, with many UK shows and actresses making the shortlist.

The Crown saw multiple wins, with Gillian Anderson landing a top spot as Outstanding Supporting Actress as Margaret Thatcher, while Olivia Coleman won Outstanding Lead Actress as Queen Elizabeth.

Kate Winslet also landed a gong as the Outstanding Lead Actress in a limited series of movie, and as she celebrated her award, she stunned as the 45-year-old stepped up to the stage – and she wasn’t the only one. So who dropped jaws on the red carpet?

45-year-old actress Kate Winslet landed a gong for Outstanding Lead Actress in a limited series or movie, and as she gave a touching acceptance speech, she oozed glamour on both the stage and the red carpet.

The beauty collected her award as she donned a stunning fitted black dress which plunged at the centre as she flaunted a whole lotta cleavage.

Kate’s dress complemented her curves as she dropped jaws while strutting her stuff on the red carpet alongside her stunning makeup look.

She opted for a very subtle look with a swipe of shimmering lipgloss as she pinned her hair right back and had two subtle waves which framed her face.

Anya Taylor-Joy set the world alight both at the Emmy’s and in October 2020 as she made her debut in hit drama series The Queen’s Gambit.

The stunning actress didn’t just collect her award for Outstanding Limited Series as The Queen’s Gambit, but she also landed a best-dressed award in the court of public opinion.

Anya well and truly stunned as she opted for a completely silk material backless dress which clung to her figure as she topped it with a dazzling yellow overcoat draped over her like a ballgown.

She pinned her hair on top of her head as she donned a dazzling swipe of red lipstick while dropping jaws on the red carpet.

Kerry looked beautiful as she joined fellow celebs and TV stars to celebrate one of the biggest events in showbiz.

She stunned in a fitted dress as she opted for a classy fitted gown with her hair pinned back and a swipe of red lippy on her pout as she oozed the ultimate glamour.

With a cowl-neck front and a corset-like ensemble, she certainly put on a show-stopping display as she stunned in the silky gown.

The fitted ensemble was paired with a pair of killer heels as she donned a subtle train which fell behind her as she strutted along the red carpet.

The beauty also donned a sensational thigh split as she flaunted her pins and a matching pair of heels to finish the look as her outfit draped across the floor.

She donned a full face of makeup as she opted for a dark lippy to complement her dress in the stunning ensemble.

Catherine left fans completely shell-shocked as they took to Twitter to fawn over the beauty, with one user writing: “Catherine Zeta-Jones does not age. Gorgeous as always.”

Gillian Anderson opted for a glamorous outfit as she celebrated her win as Margaret Thatcher in The Crown.

The actress looked well and truly jaw-dropping as she opted for a white dress with a slit torso centre with a fringe ensemble falling down her front.

The beauty joined her fellow co-stars of The Crown as she walked to the second red carpet in London, due to Covid-19 restrictions meaning there were two awards ceremonies.

Alongside her own win as Margaret Thatcher, The Crown landed multiple awards including its own, while Olivia Coleman landed a prize for her portrayal of Queen Elizabeth, Tobias Menzies as Prince Philip and Josh O’Connor as Prince Charles.

The red carpet looks were incredible all around and the gongs were also an incredible win as it was a successful night for the UK, particularly following the shocking win for The Crown after multiple wins and nominations.
