Gordon Ramsay left ITV viewers furious during the latest edition of Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway as they accused the TV chef of ‘”insulting” a contestant’s teeth.
The 54-year-old television personality was taking part in the game Read My Lips, in which he had to guess what viewers were shouting at him via video link while wearing noise-cancelling headphones.
However, Gordon left viewers ‘disgusted’ when he blamed a lady’s teeth for not getting any correct answers.
The lady repeatedly shouted “garlic bread” at the media star, but he said he couldn’t understand what she was saying to him because of the “gap” in her teeth.

He exclaimed: “It’s the gap in the teeth, I can’t understand what you’re saying.”
Viewers watching took to Twitter, outraged after watching the TV moment.
One said: “Gordon taking the joke of woman’s gap teeth was uncalled for. She’s beautiful and seemed lovely too.”
While another wrote: “I really usually like Gordon but he shouldn’t of insulted that lady about her teeth, she was very happy to have a chance at winning and that one comment could of ruined her whole night.”

A third added: “I can’t believe Gordon Ramsay just insulted that lady’s teeth live on TV. Am so disgusted I’ve switched it off!”
“A gap in your teeth doesn’t affect your speech,” said another.
A fifth typed: “Cannot believe Gordon Ramsay was so rude about the lady’s teeth – disgraceful!!”
Also during the game, hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly were forced to apologise within the first 12 minutes of having Gordon Ramsay as a guest.

The chef is known for his fiery outbursts and the TV duo created a sketch at the top of the show involving a bleep machine.
However, the TV personality turned the air blue quite quickly during Read My Lips.
Gordon said “p****d” when trying to guess what a viewer was saying.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “Did Gordon just say “p****d”?
A second person posted: “Please don’t swear Gordon, first word he guesses p****d”
While a third wrote: “Did Gordon Ramsey just say “p****d right after Ant and Dec had done a whole sketch about investing in a bleep machine.”
