I’m A Celebrity fans couldn’t help but cringe during Thursday night’s Castle Coin Challenge as Naughty Boy gripped Frankie Bridge during the task.
During the latest instalment of the popular ITV reality show, the music producer and the former Saturday’s singer put their geography skills to the test.
The musical pair were tasked with matching city skylines with their location on a world map but each time the pair incorrectly matched the city skyline on the map, the successful pictures fell off the wall.
After they completed the challenge, the musical duo shared their thoughts on the task but viewers confessed they felt uncomfortable watching the intimate VT.
As they shared their struggles from the challenge, the 36-year-old producer continued to hold his partner in a firm grip throughout the catchup.
It appeared as though 32-year-old wasn’t entirely comfortable with the fond embrace as she often pulled away from him as they discussed the challenge.
And viewer certainly felt the awkwardness through the screen as they took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the “awkward” encounter online.
One user penned: “That’s some awkward as f**k body language between Frankie and Naughty Boy on #ImACelebrity whoever they are.”
Another added: “Naughty boy is very close to Frankie when they speak …” as a third fan asked: “Can Naughty Boy stop putting his arm around Frankie?”
A third chimed in with: “That’s the most awkward embrace EVER #naughtyboy.”
Elsewhere, one viewer asked: “Why is Naughty Boy holding tightly holding onto Frankie is he scared of her falling?”
While another user quipped: “Is Naughty Boy holding Frankie hostage??”
It comes after Naughty Boy was branded a “hypocrite” by raging fans following his rant about his fellow campmates in the main camp.
The producer appeared to be quite content inside the shared camp in the castle after previously threatening to quit the ITV show on Tuesday evening.
However, fans of the popular reality show are not happy with him after he broke his promise to “confront” the other campers after he was picked to take on the Castle Coin Challenge on Monday.
But all that changed on Wednesday’s episode as he happily greeted his fellow contestants and decided he no longer wanted to quit the show.
