Inside GMB Sean Fletcher's relationship with gorgeous wife Luned Tonderai

Television star Sean Fletcher, 46, is best known for starring on Good Morning Britain and Countryfile.

The journalist, who was born in New York, has become a firm favourite on GMB after joining the ITV show in 2014.

Media personality Sean began his career behind the scenes in radio, but then moved in front of the camera hosting sports bulletins on BBC News in 2005.

But what about the ITV star’s life away from the television studios? Daily Star is exploring Sean Fletcher’s relationship with his stunning wife Luned Tonderai.

He’s been a husband to the gorgeous TV producer, cinematographer, and director since they tied the knot in 1999.

Luned has worked on an array of television shows, including 24 Hours in Police Custody, Panorama, and Gogglebox.

In her Twitter bio, she describes herself as a “Documentary maker, mother, sometimes runner”.

The hot couple first got together in 1994 and got married five years later.

Luned is originally from Wales, and Sean revealed in an interview that on their wedding day he pledged to learn Welsh.

He told Wales Online: “I promised Luned I’d learn Welsh on our wedding day, and I did.”

Sean, who is now fluent in the language, continued: “I feel Welsh adopted. My identity is just me really.

“I fit into lots of groups but because there’s such a strong Welsh identity that makes it easier to buy into and I do feel part of that identity.”

The couple have appeared on television together before, as they starred in All Star Mr & Mrs in 2015.

Sean spoke about their TV appearance during an episode of GMB as he joked: “We know each other really well… I thought that would help but it also means you’ve got a few secrets and a few things came out… I had visions of all three couples splitting up after the show, but we got through it.”

The couple are parents to daughter Lili, 22, and son Reuben, 17.

They were both born in Cardiff and later moved to London.

Reuben was diagnosed with severe OCD in 2015, and his condition led to him being hospitalised.

Sean told Wales Online about his son’s OCD: “Luned and I were worried that we would be judged as parents – did we work too much?

“There is all this stigma for parents, too… The worry that if we talked about Reuben’s OCD, we’d be judged, he’d be judged.”

Speaking about how much support they received after sharing their story, Sean said: “It was like a weight had been lifted from our shoulders… many parents have been in touch sharing their experiences and concerns.”

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.
