Kate Middleton stunned viewers of her Royal Carols concert when she took to the stage alongside chart-topper Tom Walker.
The pair joined forces for a touching rendition of his song For Those Who Can’t Be Here where the Duchess Of Cambridge accompanied him on the piano at Westminster Abbey.
Kate, 39, joined the singer to perform the track wearing an elegant red dress as she wowed the audience of the ITV Christmas special show.
Impressed fans took to Twitter to sing the praises of the future Queen, emotional over her unexpected musical offering.
One touched viewer wrote: “Wow! What a fantastic Carol service. My dad passed six days ago and this is such a beautiful song… thanks @IamTomWalker and thanks to Catherine for her part in the performance and putting together the whole service.”
Another posted: “What a lovely hour that was…. humbling… heartwarming… what a joy. The Duchess of Cambridge just blew us all away.”

While elsewhere someone saw the magic in the moment for Tom posting: “Imagine the future Queen being your pianist.”
