Millionaire reality TV star Charlotte Crosby used government money to furlough a staff member, it has been claimed.
The Sun suggest her company CLC Enterprise is on a list of 740,000 who claimed furlough support in December.
The Geordie Shore favourite set the business up back in 2013 and she is now said to be worth nearly £3million.
The 30-year-old formed the firm with her dad Gary and Companies House describe it as a “media representation service”.
The furlough scheme sees the government pay up to 80 per cent of an employees’ wages during the pandemic.

It is then up to the business themselves if they want to top up the rest.
Charlotte’s rep confirmed one employee was furloughed because of the ongoing crisis.
They told the publication: “Charlotte has furloughed one member of staff only during this period. This particular role is currently not needed due to the impact of Covid-19.”
CLC Enterprise reported just under £2million in shareholder funds in 2019, it was reported.

Daily Star Online have contacted Charlotte and her reps for further comment.
Other celebrities who have come under fire for using the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme are Victoria Beckham and singer James Blunt and British designer Stella McCartney.
Simon Cowell recently urged stars to “rise to the challenge” when it comes to paying their employees – and to try to avoid accessing taxpayer-funded furloughing schemes.

He told The Sun last month: “I don’t like celebrities telling people what to do, and I know this is a hugely difficult time for so many — worries about family, health, jobs, paying the mortgage and feeding their family are at the forefront of people’s minds.
“But there are still other people in business and in entertainment with resources available, so today it’s those people I’m urging to rise to this enormous challenge.”
The 60-year-old TV vowed to continue to pay 50 full time staff who work at his Syco production company.
