Eagle-eyed royal fans have spotted that Priyanka Chopra Jonas – a good friend of Meghan Markle – seemed to ignore Prince William and Kate Middleton at Wimbledon.
In footage filmed at the event on Saturday, July 10, Kate is wearing a green cap-sleeve Emilia Wickstead dress and William is dressed up in a dark blue suit.
As the royal couple enters the royal box, many spectators begin to applaud but Priyanka is one of the few who don’t.
The Baywatch actress, who is married to Nick Jonas, appears to fiddle with her scarf as William and Kate enter instead of joining in with the applause.

The couple sat in seats two rows in front of her, but the star looks to the side as if she has genuinely not noticed them – although some viewers think it was a deliberate way to avoid eye contact.
Predictably, people read a lot into the actress’s actions and shared their own wild theories on Twitter.
One person tweeted: “The way Priyanka did not even look in their direction is enough for me.”

A second wrote: “She didn’t even acknowledge them once lol. It’s like William and Kate didn’t exist.”
“She totally ignored them,” tweeted a third.
Another viewer commented: “Actually look around there are others who are also NOT applauding them.”
Kate is known to be a keen tennis fan and is also the royal patron of the All Tennis Lawn and Racquet Club.

Priyanka and Meghan are believed to have first met in 2016 at an ELLE Women in Television dinner and quickly became firm friends.
The actress was one of the celebrity guests at Harry and Meghan’s wedding in 2018 and she also wrote about Meghan’s “special qualities” when the Duchess was picked out as one of Time’s Most Influential People of 2018.
