Our Yorkshire Farm fans know that with each episode of the production, one of Amanda and Clive Owen’s nine children will end up stealing the show.
Could a tenth child be up for debate? In Amanda’s 2019 book, Adventures of a Yorkshire Shepherdess, she discusses the possibility.
She writes: “I think I’m too old to have a tenth child. I don’t know, wait and see.
“There was never any family planning, so who knows? Don’t let anyone tell you what you can’t do.
“People are quick to say to a mum of nine ‘you can’t do this, you can’t do that,’ for some people, motherhood is always the way – they’ve got that broody feeling in them.”
Fans have been vocal about how much they enjoy the wholesome scenes on the show, such as moments like when Violet attempted to teach Ciara the cow how to behave.
Fans of the show have witnessed Raven growing up to become a university student seeking to help create Covid vaccines.
And, they’ve seen Reuben going from a hobbyist tinkerer to a mechanic’s apprentice.
Miles is a fell runner that now has his own flock and helps raise the hens as he seeks to become a farmer himself in the future.
Edith is a quieter child who helps with the farm animals and caring for her younger siblings but supposedly wants to become a vet in the future.
Sidney recently got his own sheepdog to train and a flock of sheep to tend to as he grows up.
Like what you see? Then fill your boots…

Annas, Clemmy and Nancy are the youngest of the children with Annas keeping out of the limelight, Clemmy stealing the show with her funny lines and love for Tony the pony.
Nancy is currently the only child still on the farm during workdays, helping care for Tony while Clemmy is at school.
With only a passing interest in a tenth child, it’s safe to say that if they did have another then they will have their own unique personality as Amanda and Clive have continued to raise children that all shine on their own.
