The Queen can be seen asking “What the f***k is wrong with Harry” in a clip from HBO’s The Prince, which was shared by creator Gary Janetti.
The scene from the animated series also features Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna who mistakenly thinks that the monarch is talking about her husband Harry Hamlin.
Her character, who smashes a glass on the table, angrily remarks: “How dare you talk about Harry?”
The Queen responds by calling the American actress a “b***h” while stating “you’re in my house now”.
The new comedy, which centres on Prince George, portrays him as spoilt and conniving as his character spreads royal gossip.
Royal fans and critics have hit back at the parody calling for it to be axed.
In a tweet, reporter Omid Scobie said: “Royals have been parodied on dozens of shows over the years (Spitting Image, The Windsors, SNL etc) but this is the first time I can recall children being targeted.”
“It may be ‘comedy’ but it comes across as creepy and borderline bullying,” he added.
However creator, Gary Janetti, who voices eight-year-old future king Prince George, previously explained that “everything was meant with affection”.
Orlando Bloom, who stars as Prince Harry, also insisted that the show was harmless.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, the actor said: “It’s not malicious or intended to be. He’s really got his finger on the pulse, Gary. He’s so smart and so zeitgeisty.”
He added: “I rolled the dice on it, but I’m going to have to mention it to Prince Harry when I next see him, because I’m not going to be able to not.
“Oddly, I’m sure I’m going to see him at some point, just because of the nature of the universe, it always throws people together.”
The 44-year-old did admit that he was initially hesitant to take on the role.
He added that he was initially conflicted “because I’m a British boy who’s very proud of my roots,” but he eventually came around.
