Stephen Bear has been branded “delusional” by angry followers after he claimed that “haters” wanted to be him.
The reality star caused a social media storm earlier this week when he shared a photo of a baby scan and claimed he was about to become a dad to twins.
His followers quickly realised that the scan had been taken from Google, from a historic blog post and that it had nothing to do with him.
But Bear, 31, has laughed off the people slamming him – which seems to be the majority of people tweeting him.
The former Ex on the Beach star shared an image of a quote on Tuesday, captioning it: “Living in people’s heads rent free,” adding three laughing emojis and his paw print sign-off.

The quote read: “Haters don’t hate you… the reality is they fear that they will never be able to get to where you are right now.”
His followers were quick to hit back, making it clear that couldn’t be further from the truth, with some even labelling him “delusional”.
One said: “Jesus that’s one place I really wouldn’t want to be.”

Another tweeted: “Where are you then? I most definitely wouldn’t want to be there.”
A third wrote: “Delusion at its finest.”
Someone else slammed: “Where you are right now… Would rather be where you were three years ago, you know, when you had everything, the fame, the TV shows, the management, the money, the parties… but you f***ed that all up because you thought you were bigger and better… triggered much hun?”

And a fifth told him: “Trust me when I say no one wants to be like you.”
On Monday, Bear shared an image of a baby scan showing twins, with him writing: “Wasn’t expecting two. Think it’s time I should grow up.”
Social media users quickly found the same scan on Google, and he later admitted it was fake on a YouTube video.
Bear said: “I thought I’d lighten up everyone’s mood today. Little cheeky picture there from Google images.”
After he read some of the replies to his fake announcement, he added: “I feel like you can’t have any jokes any more in this society.
“I don’t know if it is just Twitter. Everyone is so miserable and angry.
“They are so annoyed I have done a tweet pretending I am having twins.”
The controversial personality is currently dating 18-year-old Tia McAlister.
