Reality TV star Stephen Bear has pleaded not guilty in court today.
He currently faces one count of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private, sexual photographs or films with intent to cause distress.
The Celebrity Big Brother winner is pleading not guilty to voyeurism and revenge porn offences.
He arrived at court wearing dark shades and a white suit, and stopped to pose for pictures for the waiting photographers ahead of his appearance in the dock.
Bear, 31, who also appeared in Ex On The Beach, is accused of secretly recording himself having sex with a woman and posting the footage online.
The alleged offences are said to have taken place in August and November 2020.
Bear was released on bail and will reappear before a jury on February 7 next year.
The trial hearing is expected to last two to three days.
Judge Morgan told him before he left the dock: “Your trial is now fixed for February 7 next year.
“If you don’t attend when required to do so a warrant may be issued for your arrest.”
At the time of his arrest, Essex Police said: “A man has been charged in connection with an investigation into the disclosure of intimate photographs without consent.
“Stephen Bear, 31, of Loughton was arrested in January.
“He has now been charged with voyeurism, disclosing private, sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress, and harassment without violence.”
Bear originally worked as a roofer before finding fame on reality TV, first on Shipwrecked in 2011, before Ex on the Beach in 2015.
