Alison Hammond left This Morning fans absolutely gobsmacked when she admitted she never wears underwear while at home.
The host appeared on the programme on Friday alongside co-star Dermot O’Leary to discuss a terrifying incident that had occurred last week.
The pair were discussing the rainy weather when Alison admitted she’d had some rain-related “trauma” while out in her garden.
And Alison luckily has CCTV outside, so the whole thing was captured on camera.
As she made her way across the lawn to escape the downpour, she ended up slipping on some wet paving stones, sending her tumbling to the floor.

A cartoon heart appeared on-screen over her intimate areas, and Alison was quick to explain away its appearance.
“The reason why there’s a little heart there is because when I get home, I like to chill out and take all my underwear off,” she giggled.
Fans quickly flocked to Twitter to share their giggles at Alison’s cheeky confession, with one writing: “Knickerless Alison!”

Someone else chipped in: “Lord have mercy Alison, too much information on a Friday morning!”, while a third echoed: “Alison always makes me smile! She gives no sh**s and I love it! #ThisMorning.”
Despite the giggles, Alison admitted that her fall was “quite bad”, and sent her to hospital for tests after she feared she might have deep vein thrombosis after injuring her knee.
Thankfully, after blood tests, Alison giggled that it was “just a vein!”

Speaking about the fall, Alison said “Guys. Last Friday I finished the show with Dermot, had a lovely time, went home, chilled out under my pergola.
“I was chilling and the rain came down and my brother said, ‘Alison, come in. It’s raining’.”
But Alison fancied enjoying the summer rain, explaining: “I was walking out, had the rain on my face, my arms were out and something terrible happened.

“This is my CCTV. Look, I’ve got my arms out and look what happens, I slip.”
Alison continued: “It’s raining, I can’t get up because I think I have broken my leg, so the my brother comes out.
“He’s trying to lift me up, his boxers were showing all on the CCTV. He can’t lift me up because obviously I’m quite big so eventually I use the bad leg, get up and totter inside and I’m soaking wet.”
