Former model Lisa Snowdon showed her fans that age is nothing but a number on Sunday, as she paraded her amazing figure in a tiny black and white bikini for a demonstration video.
Lisa, 49, stripped down to her swimwear to show off her incredibly toned figure and to illustrate dry body brushing in the clip.
The TV host did not hold back in the eight-minute video as she scrubbed her body with the brushes from head to toe while showing off her amazing curves.
Scouring her arms and her toned stomach for her ‘self-care Sunday’ video, Lisa explained the benefits of exfoliating and how exactly she keeps her skin soft.

The presenter captioned the promotional video: “Good Morning and happy Sunday!
“Quick and easy early morning routine to get your skin tingling and body buzzing!!”
Fans loved the video too and complimented the star on her post.
Lisa’s recently uploaded video comes after she expressed that she is planning to embrace the ageing process before her 50th birthday next year.
She also mentioned that she doesn’t plan on getting any fillers any time soon.

Talking to Daily Mail, the brunette babe said: “It’s down to the individual if they want to go down that route but I think there are other things you can do to improve the tone and texture of your skin with slightly less downtime.
“It’s about skin health and not about eradicating lines it’s about softening them and hydrating them and working with good ingredients to feed the skin.”
The TV personality has been This Morning’s resident fashion expert for some time, sharing her styling tips with presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.

When it comes to her personal dress sense, Lisa prefers to plump for bold and bright patterns, with names like Isabel Marant topping her list of favourite designers.
“I’m a huge fan of colour and prints. If you wear something bright, it makes you feel good,” she told the Express in 2015.
“And I embrace lots of shapes, from loose and flowing boho looks through to more tailored and shorter, fitted shapes, especially for the red carpet.”
