Tipping Point viewers were swooning over a player named Maddi tonight, but they were gutted as the player lost in a major show u-turn.
Today’s four contestants, Jason, Maddi, Ewan and Susan, were all taking part to hopefully win mega money.
Dropping tokens down a choice of four chutes, they all hoped to knock plenty of counters off a moving shelve – the more they collected, the more cash went into their prize fund.
Maddi was performing incredibly well throughout the episode and viewers were convinced she was going to make it to the final.
They showered the brunette beauty with compliments on Twitter.
One said: “Hellooooooo, Maddi”, with numerous heart-eyes emojis.

In the last few moments of the penultimate round, Maddi’s fellow contestant Susan managed to overtake her in a huge twist.
This meant Susan made it through to the final round and went home and lost her £1800 prize fund.
Fans were gutted for Maddi who was suddenly eliminated from the show.

Despite her best efforts, the Tipping Point machined wasn’t on her side and she didn’t manage to retrieve the jackpot counter.
However, Susan was thrilled as she won £2650 after an exciting instalment of the ITV gameshow.
Yesterday’s episode of Tipping Point saw a contestant named Better suffer a blunder which led to her being eliminated from the competition.
Ben asked the contestant: “On a 24-hour clock, how is quarter to nine in the evening displayed?”
An unsure Betty answered: “9, 9.”
Viewers at home were left feeling rather confused at the player’s answer and rushed to their keyboards discuss the moment.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “Quarter to nine in the evening is displayed as 99? Oh, Betty!”
A second person posted: “Laughed out loud at Betty’s answer of 9,9.”
While a third viewer said: “Oh Betty” alongside an array of laughing emojis.
Tipping Point airs weekdays at 4pm on ITV.
